All Rossignol Group products sold in the U.S. are covered by a limited warranty valid for the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase. This is extended to two years in the case of the components of an integrated ski/binding system or other Rossignol Group ski/Rossignol Group binding combination. The warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials, NOT ABUSIVE USE. Send any damaged goods to our repair center (the customer is responsible for shipping costs to the Rossignol Group). Return only the damaged product that needs to be inspected. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is not required on used product. Send the original purchase receipt from an Authorized Rossignol Group Dealer, a note with address, phone number, and an explanation of what happened. If the claim is deemed valid, the Rossignol Group reserves the right to repair or replace damaged merchandise returned within the applicable warranty period. The product will be returned to you freight prepaid. ROCK DAMAGE, ABUSED PRODUCTS, AND NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR WILL NOT BE COVERED. If the product is not covered by warranty, we will contact you with a repair estimate if repair is possible.
